Emaciated teen 'beyond hope,' first officer testifies at Alex Radita's parents' murder trial

Cst. Larry Pugliese testified on Day 5 of Rodica and Emil's first-degree murder trial. They are the parents of Alex who was found dead, extremely emaciated, weighing just 37 lbs.
