Rogers Premium device tab- Does it ever end?

Hi all, I have a few devices, all of which were on the premium tab but they are all paid and the contracts are up. We still have the 2 secondary lines on the 55 dollar premium tab, shouldn't this have gone down to the 45 dollar plan??
