iWireless Iphone 6s bypass activation without Sim

I bought a (iowa wireless) iWireless iphone 6s by mistake in Dallas Texas. Now, i can't get past the activation screen without an iWireless Sim. Is there anyway i can bypass the activation screen and use the phone as an ipod. I tried the call emergency method, did not work, tried t-mobile sim,...
