verizon asurion still shipping iphone 4?

I have an iphone 4 from verizon with a cracked screen. I can get it changed for $50 or I can pay a $99 deductible and get a new/refurbished phone. I am wondering if they would ever send an Iphone 4S instead if they ran out of Iphone 4? Then it would obviously be worth it for me to pay the $99.00....
