MY iPhone 5S's battery is going nut?

I plug in my iPhone 5S to charge it, but after a while I noticed the percentage is going backward, getting less and less charge???? Can anyone help? to find the issue of it? Is it the battery? TIA OH never mind, it was charging from the computer, now I changed it to the wall outlet,...
