I have a 3 year contract with Bell which expires on June 14 2013, last month I lost my smart phone and call them to replace it because I was paying 7$ for a SPC Premium Phone, I think is like an insurance. They said I should have a new phone in 1 to 3 days but I call them on October 28 and they did...
