Does anybody know why my friend's iPhone 6 Plus stuck on IOS 9.3.2, she can't update to IOS 10 or later? She is on AT&T postpaid, I guess phone is only 16 GB too small for IOS 10? Here is screenshot. She has tried several times to update but no avail. Thanks. Attachment 145390...
