to be eligiblefor unlock need to be on 30 days term, if you want go for 30 days term pay full retail price why don't buy unlocked version from apple store , why anyone want buy from Bell store??? after 3 years term runs out, your locked iphone 4 may just worth $150 or so, why you want to waste...
