Samsung Galaxy S3 - I747-LTE vs T999-AWS

Hi, I am looking to buy a S3. And I am trying to understand the differences between the different versions I am finding for sale (2nd hand). i747-LTE seems to be a Rogers, Bell, Telus version and support LTE while T999-AWS seems to be the Wind/Mobility/Videotron version. And I believe also...
