I have a factory unlocked iPhone 4s which is currently on the Verizon network. I want to use it in Mexico on the TelCel network as a hotspot instead of using one of their Banda Ancha devices. Does anyone know if Telcel allows this and if there is anything special that needs to be done to get it...
