Rogers wifi calling on Android

Did anyone try making VoWIFI work on any android device (other than the samsung and LG)? If so what was the result? I am considering switching to Rogers (or FIdo) but I have poor reception in my office and might need VoWIFI, so I am trying to gauge if this will work or not. If it does I am all...
