UARFCN Field Test code meanings on iPhone?

I've heard that the "UARFCN" under "Serving Cell Info in the Field Test app can be used to decipher LTE band and (more importantly for me) LTE bandwidth. How can I do this? Is there a chart somewhere that has all the UARFCN codes and their corresponding LTE bands/bandwidths? I'm on Verizon by...
