Self dialing, not a pocket dial

I have an iphone 5s, most recent OS and it's straight talk. I just made a call and set the phone down next to me. Screen still has the number pad on it, but it was hung up. So I look over and I see #*64 being depressed, as if someone was pressing them and it tried to dial. :befuddled Any ideas?...
