iPhone 5 getting hot?

Anyone else have this problem? While charging, lately mine has started to get to where it's very warm to the touch. I normally don't use the phone while its charging, and notice the problem when picking it up to unhook the cable It's uncomfortably warm. I have to let it cool down for a few...
