$10 VP, 2500 SMS/CID/VM, Anybody else see sms cap jump tp 5K??

[I asked in the RON thread couple weeks ago but nobody touched on it] Is this the new CAP for this SOC? Attachment 80195 (http://www.howardforums.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=80195) If not, could it be due to RON? But I have the other "unlim mms/sms" line items, so seems like not.
