So I just ported one of my phones over to Bell from Rogers. Rogers in Winnipeg in my area was in a "very weak cell phone area" as confirmed by Rogers. They would not do anything for me, so after going up the ladder to the Office of the President and then a complaint to the CCTS my contracts...
