Verizon iPhone 4 question!

i'm about to buy a jailbroken iphone 4 iOS 5.1.1 (verizon) off of craigslist & i want to use it as prepaid. is there any way i can do this? i'm not trying to spend more than $45 & i know that straight talk has one & so does metro pcs.
