Bonded internet 100 wifi speed

So Telus just installed the T3200M modem and I get 120mbps speed through wired connection but was told by the technician I'd only get half that through wifi which sucks as most of the devices in my household are wireless and are basically paying for the full speed but can only get half the speed through wifi. I thought this new modem fixed the issue with only getting half the speed and find it wierd how a wired connection can get full speed but wifi gets half as it only uses one line for wifi.

Not that happy as I'm paying Telus for 100mbps speed but only getting half the speed. What a rip off.
