Siri responds too fast and cuts me off

Sometimes when I'm dictating something to siri it will cut me off right in the middle of my sentence. For example if I say: set alarm at 5 pm, right before I say pm I will hear the ding ding noise meaning siri is processing and will respond. Siri responds instantly and before I finish what I say...
