Crappy VoLTE

So I live in Vancouver. Have been using VoLTE since it became available as I have a capable iPhone. At the beginning it wasn't perfect and would fail once in a while an revert to 3G. Then it got much better and was usable. The quick connects are great. I've never had more than 1 or 2 bars of LTE at...
