View Full Version : Faulty billing and pathetic customer service from telus

I took a new Telus internet 50 connection in June and was offered $50 discount for 6 months. I had checked with the rep at that time that I will be shifting to a new place in July and he said I will continue to get discount for 6 months. But now, the latest bill shows no dscount after 1 month. Reaching customer service by chat and by phone takes hours and twice in 3 days I had to drop as Im working during day times due to the delay.

Overall it is a pathetic display of professionalism by Telus. I will be switching to another provider at the earliest.
If anyone knows how to escalate this matter with Telus before I switch, please let me know.
