Telus live chat down?

Is telus live chat down for anyone else? Tried multiple browsers and different PCs for past 3 days and haven't been able to get on. On a side note - need some 'gray area' things to be done on the account - worth calling in about or should I stick with the live chat reps? Thanks ;)
