I am using a Galaxy S5 was purchased new as an unlocked phone from T-Mobile. using it through CityFone (a budget Rogers carrier). The problem I am having is sometimes but not always, texts sent to my phone do not come through right away. They stack up for 5 minutes, 20 minutes, sometimes 30...
