I have been with Telus mobility for over ten years, and let me tell you, your home services SUCKS. I signed a three year contract which is over in February. I have needed someone from Telus 3 times, once when I initially signed up, 2) someone cut the internet off for our apartment instead of someone else's, and 3) moving to a new apartment. Did you know that not ONCE has someone actually shown up to assist. We always get the run around as to why no one showed up, and then we have to go a whole week with no internet. Do you know how helpless that makes people feel? I was so frustrated I literally spent my evening crying on the phone to someone in customer service. This company is such a joke I have no idea how you even get new clients when you treat your existing ones so poorly.
