My daughter has filed up a moving form since August 15. She has moved to a new apartment since August 26 and nobody has contacted her for the move. The lease on the old apartment will expire on August 31, 2017. She didnt bring the modem/router with her and is left at the old place. Now they dont have internet service in their new place. They have been calling the moving numbers and been on hold since Saturday, August 26. They are trying their luck now. Is there a better way to contact you guys? This must be as easy as when we got you to install a new line for them right? Please help ASAP!!!
