View Full Version : Optik TV not working, says "app not available right now"

Have had this issue for over a week. I am with Shaw for internet, so have to Telus modem for Optik. Have rebooted it and checked all the connections (ethernet cable, coax) and they look fine. No TV channels, the Guide channel shows the menu but for the actual listings there is just "Getting information". It seems like the Optik box is not getting info from the Telus modem, or the Telus modem is not working (all lights are on).
