Question about unlocked phone

My phone was unlocked officially through my carrier today and having no SIM handy to test it, I simply restored in iTunes and got the faithful "congratulations, your iPhone has been unlocked" message. For whatever reason my iTunes froze up, so rather than clicking the Continue button as...
