View Full Version : Optik TV HD PVR Return Issue

I have changed my subscription to internet only and I am now being asked to return the Optik TV equipment. This is clear, however, I have only ever received 1 Optik TV PVR a year and a half ago and the list enclosed in the return box says I should return 2 more i.e. PVR + 2 nos. digital boxes! This is a problem as the letter says i will be charged for items not returned. I have told the customer service person over the phone (when I requested the service change) that I have always had only 1 TV to date and therefore never needed more digital boxes. I should not be charged $150 x 2 digital boxes or whatever the 2 other Optik TV equipment they have wrongly placed under my account. If anyone has a similar experience, would you please advice what can be done to make sure I don't get charged for equipment I never received or used. As usual, I am on hold for more than 25 minutes on their home services support line....
