I use my landline to call a number of long-distance relatives. With every call, I keep getting cut off at 30 mins. This has been going on for months now. I am able to talk without issue with local people or people within Canada, but as soon as I call international numbers and talk for extended periods I am always cut off at 30 minutes and have to call back. If the international callers call me back, I am not cut off, so this is definitely an issue with Telus. I have contacted Telus and they sent out someone to see if there was an issue, but the individual said there was nothing wrong. Is this an issue with other people or is this some kind of crappy service that Telus offers (where they can limit the length of your call after a certain period)?
