I have an appointment tomorrow with Telus to move our Internet service to the Fiber service in our building. When I made the appointment I was told to ensure that the tech can access the phone room in the building. Apparently Telus has a key for this room at a "local office" and I have been told to remind the tech to pick up the key.
How do I do this?
