So I called Telus and eventually I was able to speak to someone (about 98 minutes later) and asked what options there are for a 5-year subscriber to stay.

My current plan/pricing as follows:
Basic Home phone includes Local Line, Call Display, Visual Call Waiting and Call Return (No long distance) is $18/mo less $3 bundle discount.

TELUS Internet 15 (included data:200GB) $71.00/mo

TELUS TV Essentials plus 6 theme packs is $80/mo less $3 bundle discount.

What I was offered after an hour on the phone (finally talking to someone in Canada) was as follows:
Sign a 2-year binding (on me) contract where only some pricing is fixed for the first year. At any time they can reduce/eliminate the bundle pricing and after the first year, they can increase the price by any amount as often as they like and I must pay it, regardless of what it is.

For the first year:
Phone goes up in price to $20/mo and I loose the $3 bundle discount.
Internet 15 for $48/mo plus a $3/mo bundle discount. (but the bundle discount can be changed or eliminated after the first month)
TELUS TV Essentials plus 6 theme packs plus another theme pack I need to add to get the same channels I have now. $50/mo plus a $3 bundle discount. (but the bundle discount can be changed or eliminated after the first month)

It urkes me that I have to sign a 2-year "Service agreement" and am obligated to stay for 2-years, but other than the base price fixed for the first year, all other prices can change at any time (plus additional "fees" can be added anytime at their discretion).

At least this gives me a base to compare.
