I have been trying to cancel my unlimited internet plan for the last 4 months as I upgraded my plan and no longer need this. Every month it is still added to my bill and every month I have to phone and try and cancel it again. I am always told they have canceled it and I am credited the monthly charge but the next month there it is back again. This month the guy I talked to guaranteed it would be gone but it is still there and he didn't even credit me the charge for the service I don't want. Am I just getting the runaround so Ill give up trying to cancel this service and tire of the hour long wait to talk to someone every month? Any suggestions?
