Wanted to use the chat - waited for 58 people, was asked for a pin but since I didn't remember it was asked a couple of other questions, the CSR looked at the account and could not provide any reasonable explanation why charges went up i.e. got no help at all. Called 1-888-811-2323 got no help (didn't remember pin, was asked for my passport data - refused to give since I never told Telus that information before), wanted to speak with the supervisor , was told "good luck" and put on hold for 2.15 minutes and after that the call was simply dropped. Can it be worse than that? What a shame...
