we have the originally installed actiontec 1000h and an extender wcb3000n installed later, requested due to difficulties maintaining connections in our densely "telus-wified" neighbourhood;
the username is probably still :
the password is the password given to us in the original installation by telus;
the password only works to give access to the wifi service by a device when it's entered on that device;
entering the username and the given password directly to access the settings on a pc which has access only results in the message
do we have to go to telus support to overcome this or am i missing something fundamental? cheers and ta
