iphone 7 plus call breakup

I have an iphone 7 plus and when i have an incoming call, the callers voice is breaking up badly like their voice is being turned off and on rapidly(only on incoming calls). This has happened about 6 times in a couple of weeks I am not sure whether it is the phone or carrier who is Rogers in...
