Visual voicemail transcription

I think this feature is really cool. But lately I’ve noticed on my phone I cannot listen to the message. I can only read it transcribed. I may an extra $2 a month for visual voicemail. Now I like this feature of being transcribed, but sometimes I like and want to hear the message. Is anyone else...
