rogers.com email - not receiving on Blackberry

I haven't been receiving email from my Rogers email account for the past 5-6 hours. Logged into my email account shows I have 11 new emails and did various tests to send and receive email from my Rogers account but my BB isn't receiving any. I can send but cannot receive on my rogers.com email...
