I just got a Telus account on Feb 23 and started browsing the web site for info and found the link to the features guide was broken (web site under development I hear). Googled it and got the following link:

Started using it but when I tried to follow the documented procedure to start up Caller Reveal via goinging on to Calling Feature Assistant, found I couldn't get on (my number wasn't recognized by the system). Called Support and they eventually told me, the feature is there automatically if part of my account definition - which it is. So I tried calling my home phone via Google Hangouts which normally displays an UNKNOWN CALLER on the target phone, but no, not blocked.
Wondering why the user guide is inaccurate in the first place and why Caller Reveal doesn't work. I have read it isn't foolproof but it doesn't seem to be working with a lot of different unidentified call sources.
Also as an aside got a strange voicemail with someone faintly occasionally muttering something about 'smart ring'. It went on for a couple of minutes. Either I'm getting harassing voicemails already or someone was doing a bad job of reaching me.
