Verizon iphone -5 trouble sending pic message's to non iphones?

Is anyone experiencing an issue with sending pic messages to any phone other than an iphone? I keep getting the "Not Delivered" message when ever i try to send a pic to anything other than an iphone?!?! Any hints or advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
