Rogers Tablet Plans on the Lumia 920

I was looking for some input from you guys here. I am thinking of getting a Lumia 920, but dont want an expensive plan from rogers. (I will buy it outright). Is it possible to use Rogers' tablet data plans ($22 plan) on the phone instead? I can live with textplus and skype for the phone and do...
