Adding Netflix to the cable bill instead of debit/credit

I was speaking to a Netflix representative, and in conversation I asked if other companies allow them to be billed by the service provider, and they said only Telus is the one company that's doesn't. Will Telus eventually join the rest of the other providers and have the option to pay by the monthly bill?
