Sub dealer?

Hey folks, Figured I’d ask here to get more exposure. Has any one of you managed to setup a sub dealer under an existing franchise? It doesn’t seem as if Rogers is issuing any licenses to new francheees, only existing ones. Any input is greatly appreciated!
