Moving to Vancouver from US with iphone5 and Galaxy Nexus

Hi all, My wife and I are moving to Vancouver in the coming weeks and need some advice on carrier plans. We're currently on AT&T here in California. I have a Galaxy Nexus and she has the iPhone 5, and both are unlocked. I'm pretty sure Rogers or Fido is the way to go for our devices, correct? ...
