Hi,
I have recently purchased a TCL TV in US (the Best Buy model: 55R615, a variant of the 55R617) and, while I am able to do most things with my Slimline 2 remote, the volume control and power button will not work no matter what code I try.
Using these codes (http://telus.api.ruwido.com/#modelPage?type_id=1&brand_id=3609&brand_name=TCL%20%E9%9B%86%E5%9B%A2) did not work and going through each of these steps (https://www.telus.com/en/bc/support/article/program-slimline-remote-2) did not work either.
Other codes I tried to no avail: these (http://static.telus.com/common/cms/files/get-help/tv/Slimline_Remote_2_Extended_Code_List.pdf), these (http://static.telus.com/common/cms/files/get-help/tv/Slimline_Remote_1_Extended_Code_List.pdf) and these (http://www.telus.com/content/help/common/pdf/slimline_remote_control/4_digit_Code_List.pdf).
Would anyone be able to help me please?
