As Comcast opens its Wi-Fi hot spots to the public, some outages are reported (https://www.chicagotribune.com/news/local/breaking/ct-biz-internet-wi-fi-chicago-polar-vortex-20190130-story.html) Chicago Tribune*Service* interruptions have occurred in the Bucktown and Wicker Park neighborhoods, along with other reported spot outages, a Comcast spokesman said.
