iPhone 4 headset splitter?

I'm looking for a headset splitter that will not only split the sound (phone calls only), but will also allow the microphone on at least one of the iPhone headset/earbuds to function. In other words, two people using the earbuds on a phone call where the mic works for conversation. TIA!
