Does the Alcatel Hub for wireless home phone use VoLTE?

The tech specs on the product page (https://ca.alcatelmobile.com/link-hub/) says "VoLTE (where applicable)". I was wondering if calls can be made over the LTE connection with the hub that's currently offered by TELUS (https://www.telus.com/en/mobility/content/wireless-home-phone) for wireless home phone. I currently have the old hub with Koodo and that one only supports 3G calls.
