Both have Vancouver offices , knowledge is a partly bc govt funded entity , if you won't give us pbs/kcts on demand ,

I mean you offer a indo Canadian music video ch that some guy's kid operates from a lumber yard on 76th and 132. Yet the rest of us can't even get these three channels OD? Kvos (141) would be a 4th and cherry
