Xbox one s stuck on strict nat

Anyone have an issue no matter what you do is stuck on strict nat i have messed with everything from resettin mac trying every alternate port unplugging the power and ethernet cord to changing the power setting to energy saving mode resetting modem re arranging ports on the modem went offline in settings waited and reset and manually went online
