Cannot verify my number through Rogers.com profile

I set up my online profile with Rogers.com versus getting my bills through standard mail. When I log into Rogers.com, under my profile and settings, there's an option for security where it states my phone number and underneath shows: Please verify your wireless number to help keep your account...
